The hotel is in a great location, perfect for exploring the city and walking distance to many attractions. The breakfast was really tasty and the staff were friendly and helpful. I also liked the handy phone that was provided in the room, it was great for using maps and getting around the city.
The room was quite small and didn't have much space for luggage or hanging up clothes. The wifi signal in the room was poor and sometimes didn't work at all.

The hotel provides a complimentary Japanese-style breakfast, which is a good start to the day. the location is near a subway station and easy to access Sapporo's popular attractions like the Sapporo Clock Tower. Rooms are clean and tidy, and the bed is comfortable for a good night's rest. Some rooms even have a coffee machine and a good shower.
Some staff may find difficulty in understanding English, although they are polite handlers.

The breakfast was decent and helped a lot as we had a lot planned for the day. the hotel's location was great and made it easy for us to walk to popular attractions.
Sadly, the staff at the hotel were not friendly and accommodating. It made our Thanksgiving stay unpleasant.
